About The Opportunity

 

Our client is seeking a Web Content Coordinator to support multiple brands by enhancing online content, improving functionality, and ensuring a polished digital presence across all platforms. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-focused, adaptable, and eager to expand their digital skill set.

 

What You’ll Do

 

  • Update and maintain web properties built on a custom CMS.
  • Assist in designing and building HTML/CSS for websites and landing pages.
  • Create engaging landing page content.
  • Proof, test, monitor, and debug digital collateral, websites, and print media.
  • Provide recommendations for optimizing web layout, design, and functionality.
  • Manage and report on analytics tools as needed.
  • Support programming-related tasks.
  • Build and update email templates and digital assets for customer acquisition & retention campaigns.
  • Work collaboratively with operational departments to align on digital needs.
  • Build strong working relationships with suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
  • Ensure compliance with advertising and licensing regulations.
  • Write and edit copy as needed.
  • Work within modern front-end frameworks such as React, Redux, Typescript, or Angular.
  • Conduct customer outreach related to the e-commerce platform.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications

 

  • Diploma or degree in computer programming or web development.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in website development, programming, or digital coordination.
  • Strong working knowledge of HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag tools.
  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is an asset.
  • Graphic design experience is an asset.
  • Experience with C#, .NET framework, ASP.NET, or Web APIs is an asset.
  • Experience with CMS management and content coordination.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong proofreading skills.
  • Strong communication skills—both verbal and written.
  • Solid understanding of web, marketing, and digital best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • A keen eye for graphic design and layout.
  • Copywriting experience.

 

Compensation and Benefits

 

  • Annual salary $50,000 - $60,000 based on experience.
