Position Overview:
Our client is currently seeking a Personal Insurance Advisor to join their Personal Insurance team in Rocky Mountain House, AB on a full-time, permanent basis. This role is ideal for a customer-focused individual who thrives in a professional, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional service to existing clients by advising on insurance matters, conducting needs assessments, answering inquiries, and processing renewals.

• Generate new business by quoting policies, responding to walk-in clients, and conducting outbound sales initiatives.

• Maintain client accounts and retain existing book of business.

• Liaise with underwriters and adjusters to ensure proper policy management.

• Prepare documentation, process changes, and issue insurance certificates.

• Stay current on underwriting guidelines and internal workflows.

• Participate in ongoing training and community marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required; post-secondary education preferred.

• 2–5 years of sales experience (insurance experience preferred but not required).

• Level 1 General Insurance License or willingness to obtain.

• Experience with Epic software is an asset.

• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

• Must pass a criminal background and credit check.
