Position Overview:
Our client is currently seeking a Personal Insurance Advisor to join their Personal Insurance team in Rocky Mountain House, AB on a full-time, permanent basis. This role is ideal for a customer-focused individual who thrives in a professional, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional service to existing clients by advising on insurance matters, conducting needs assessments, answering inquiries, and processing renewals.

Generate new business by quoting policies, responding to walk-in clients, and conducting outbound sales initiatives.

Maintain client accounts and retain existing book of business.

Liaise with underwriters and adjusters to ensure proper policy management.

Prepare documentation, process changes, and issue insurance certificates.

Stay current on underwriting guidelines and internal workflows.

Participate in ongoing training and community marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
-
High school diploma required; post-secondary education preferred.

2–5 years of sales experience (insurance experience preferred but not required).

Level 1 General Insurance License or willingness to obtain.

Experience with Epic software is an asset.

Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Must pass a criminal background and credit check.
