Key Responsibilities
As the Payroll Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of payroll processing for the organization. Your responsibilities will include:

Payroll Processing:
o Accurately process payroll for all employees, ensuring all deductions, taxes, and benefits are calculated correctly.
o Ensure payroll is completed on time and complies with all relevant laws and regulations.
Compliance & Reporting:
o Maintain and update employee records and ensure compliance with relevant tax and labor laws.
o Prepare and submit reports, including payroll summaries, tax filings, and benefits reconciliations.
Employee Support:
o Provide payroll-related support to employees, answering inquiries and resolving any discrepancies in pay or benefits.
o Ensure employees receive timely and accurate responses to their payroll-related questions, contributing to a positive employee experience.
Collaboration & Improvement:
o Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to maintain an accurate employee database and improve payroll processes.
o Continuously look for opportunities to enhance payroll efficiency, reduce errors, and implement best practices.

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, candidates should demonstrate the following:

Education & Experience:
o A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
o A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in payroll administration, preferably within a medium to large organization.
Technical Skills:
o Proficiency in payroll software ( Advanced Tracker and Payroll Guardian Systems preferred).
o Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, is an asset.
Key Competencies:
o Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in processing payroll and related documents.
o Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively manage inquiries and resolve payroll discrepancies.
o A proactive approach with strong organizational and time management skills.
