Full-Time | Insurance Brokerage

Our client is seeking an experienced Commercial Account Manager to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will manage an established portfolio of commercial clients, provide expert insurance advice, and work closely with insurers and colleagues to deliver outstanding service and tailored insurance solutions.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and service an assigned portfolio of commercial clients.
  • Deliver exceptional, proactive customer service while building long-term client relationships.
  • Review client needs and provide professional insurance advice and recommendations.
  • Work closely with insurance underwriters to negotiate the best coverage and terms for clients.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell and generate new business through existing client relationships.
  • Stay current on commercial insurance products, markets, and industry trends.
  • Utilize brokerage and insurer management systems efficiently to support client needs.
  • Collaborate with internal team members to ensure a seamless client experience.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 2+ years of Commercial Lines insurance experience.
  • Level 2 General Insurance License (preferred).
  • Completion of, or progress toward, a CAIB or CIP designation is considered an asset.
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
