Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and draft comprehensive electrical engineering solutions for building construction and renovation projects.
  • Produce detailed electrical plans, specifications, and technical documentation.
  • Coordinate effectively with sub-consultants and stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Prepare accurate cost estimates, tender documents, and engineering reports.
  • Conduct electrical design calculations and generate precise Revit/AutoCAD drawings.
  • Serve as a liaison for clients, authorities, and contractors, ensuring clear communication.
  • Perform site inspections during the construction phase and oversee contract administration.
  • Collaborate with internal design disciplines to enhance project coordination.
  • Monitor project costs and schedules to ensure timely delivery within budget.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD software.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a consulting environment preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Professional Engineer license in Saskatchewan or other Canadian provinces, or registered as Engineer-in-Training.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects across various provinces and collaborate with diverse teams.
