The Role:

As the Construction Project Manager, you’ll oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring they meet schedule, specifications, and budget. You’ll collaborate with senior team members, develop schedules, monitor progress, manage budgets, and supervise staff and subcontractors. Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Coordinate, schedule, and oversee construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet schedule, specifications, and budget requirements.
  • Provide support to Directors or Senior Project Managers as needed.
  • Develop detailed construction schedules and milestones, closely monitoring progress.
  • Ensure project quality and on-time delivery.
  • Prepare and present construction project budget estimates.
  • Supervise subcontractors and subordinate staff.

 

Qualifications and Skills:

 

  • 5+ years of construction project management experience within general construction contracting
  • Comprehensive knowledge of building systems across architectural structural, mechanical, electrical, and civil construction scopes is a must.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with an Architectural Technology Diploma, LEED Certification, or equivalent qualifications.
