Key Responsibilities
As the Project Manager (Commercial), you will oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of commercial construction projects. Your responsibilities will include:

Project Planning & Coordination:
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within financial constraints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish clear project objectives, scope, and timelines.
- Proactively manage any potential risks, addressing issues and implementing corrective actions when necessary to keep projects on track.

Stakeholder Management & Communication:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, ensuring clear and effective communication at all stages of the project.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, provide regular project updates, and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to facilitate successful project outcomes and ensure customer satisfaction.

Team Leadership & Resource Management:
- Lead and mentor a diverse project team, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal team performance.
- Coordinate with procurement, engineering, and construction teams to ensure that all resources are available as needed for the project’s success.
- Supervise subcontractor performance, ensuring that work is carried out according to agreed-upon specifications and standards.

Quality Control & Compliance:
- Ensure all work is completed to the highest quality standards and complies with relevant regulations, codes, and company policies.
- Conduct regular inspections to monitor progress and quality, resolving issues quickly to minimize disruptions.
- Maintain up-to-date project documentation and reports, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company protocols.

Budget & Financial Management:
- Oversee project budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure cost controls are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide financial reports and updates to senior management, ensuring projects remain within budget and highlight areas for cost-saving opportunities.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, candidates should demonstrate the following qualifications:

Education & Experience:
- A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the commercial construction industry, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.

Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in project management software (such as MS Project, Procore, or similar tools).
- Familiarity with construction processes, methodologies, and industry regulations.
- Knowledge of budgeting, cost estimation, and financial management principles within the context of construction projects.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring deadlines are met.
