PEOPLE ENGAGEMENT & DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR – DOWNTOWN EDMONTON, AB

4-6 MONTH CONTRACT

Calling all recent HR graduates looking to gain experience or junior HR individuals seeking full-time work to provide support in a Learning Management System. Apply today!

The Opportunity

Our client is looking for someone to cover a leave for 4-6 months. The successful individual will be process driven, have strong communication skills and is a hard worker. Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8am to 4:30pm. This position is available to start immediately!

Key Account Responsibilities and Functions

  • Provide support to current Learning Management System, Cornerstone.
  • Generate reports and materials to analyze training outcomes.
  • Set-up training sessions for employees and upload completions from all sites.
  • Add/remove and reset learning assignments.
  • Update learning assignments based on Health, Safety and Environment matrix.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Post Secondary Education in Human Resources, is an asset.
  • Previous experience working with an HRIS/LMS; experience with Cornerstone is considered an asset.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
  • Quick learner with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgement and confidentiality.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Hourly pay rate will be based on experience.
