Job Title: Parts Person

Opportunity:

Join our client, where you will play a pivotal role in facilitating new customer orders, ensuring timely follow-ups on existing orders, and provide essential support to our extensive network of branch locations across the nation. Our client offers an immersive training program designed to equip you with the knowledge of their products, terminology, and strategies necessary for success in this role. Flexible shifts are offered to accommodate a 24/7 Customer Service Centre.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively initiate outbound sales calls to engage with customers.
  • Address parts pricing inquiries promptly via phone, email, and text channels.
  • Efficiently process parts orders with precision and accuracy.
  • Offer real-time updates on inventory availability and shipping timelines to customers.
  • Extend parts assistance and support to fellow Brandt field staff.
  • Collaborate with various vendors to provide customers with diverse options, ensuring their parts needs are met comprehensively.

Your Qualifications:

  • Seasoned multi-tasker adept at navigating multiple systems simultaneously.
  • Proven track record of delivering top-tier customer satisfaction.
  • Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in handling customer parts requests.
  • Active listener, capable of engaging with customers to understand their needs and offer suitable solutions.
  • Team player mentality, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Prior experience in the agricultural sector is advantageous.
  • Previous outbound sales experience is a plus.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in French is an asset.
