The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a Sales Manager for our client's Agricultural Equipment (Used) division in Regina, SK. This position is responsible for driving sales growth and profitability across numerous branches.


Key Account Responsibilities and Functions

  • Achieve asset management goals related to turns and aging,
  • ensuring the protection of company assets, including but not limited to used wholegood inventory.
  • Strategically manage inventory to achieve sales and market share targets.
  • Lead and develop all Sales Department employees to foster a motivated and successful workforce dedicated to the long-term success of the company, customers, and employees.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • 7+ years of direct work experience in a sales management role.
  • Prior experience in the agricultural equipment industry is advantageous.
  • Ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with corporate departments, key business partners, and customers.
  • Confidence in making decisions related to financial transactions, sales strategy, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
