The Opportunity

We are happy to be partnering with an existing client of ours in their search for an Executive Assistant/Driver to the Founder/Owner. This individual will be responsible for providing support to the owner in multiple business units with their daily activities.

Key Account Responsibilities and Functions

  • Manage the owner’s schedule, including appointments, meetings, conferences, and events.
  • Email correspondence, phone calls, and other communications on behalf of the owner.
  • Provide transportation for the owner to various locations, including business meetings, events, and appointments throughout the workday.
  • Organizing documents, preparing reports, and maintain records.
  • Liaison between the owner and various stakeholders, including employees, clients, vendors, and business partners.
  • Maintain professionalism and represent the owner and their businesses in a positive manner.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Post Secondary Education in Business or Administration.
  • 2 to 4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or a similar role.
  • Intermediate with Microsoft Office 365.
  • Effective time management, problem-solving skills, and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to manage changing priorities while meeting deadlines.
  • Keeping the utmost confidentiality between businesses.
  • Outstanding communication and organizational skills.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Must have a valid Driver’s License; must provide a 10-year Driver’s Abstract.
  • Criminal Background Check is required.
  • Salary to commensurate with experience.
