COMMERCIAL INSURANCE BROKER
LOCATION: BONNYVILLE (HYBRID OPPORTUNITY)
REFERENCE: JOB# 66711

 

Opportunity:

Our client, a well-established insurance brokerage in Canada; They are looking to add an experienced Commercial Insurance Broker who is experienced with small business risks.

 


Key Account Responsibilities and Functions

  • Service Independent Business Unit accounts
  • Receive and process all incoming Commercial paperwork.
  • Assist with quotes to customers, review existing coverage, and update customer file information.
  • Process of endorsements, invoices, certificates and follow up on billing.
  • Communicate with Insurance companies, negotiate with underwriters on customers behalf, negotiate renewal, follow up with Adjusters on claims status.  


Required Skills and Qualifications

 

  • Client focused team player.
  • Proficient working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Level 2 General Insurance License.
  • Knowledge with Farm Insurance
  • Computer savvy with learning and operating new systems.
  • Can do attitude with the strategic agility to help team mates as needed. 
  • Above and beyond communication, problem solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and effective prioritization
  • Ability to work as equally effectively independently and within a team.
