Key Account Responsibilities and Functions

    • Communicating with clients on a daily basis.
    • Daily order entries into SAP system.
    • Managing orders through to delivery.
    • After sales service.
    • Preparing quotes, following up with suppliers.
    • Price and specification checks.
    • Trade shows and meetings.

Required Skills and Qualifications

    • Successful completion of an undergraduate degree.
    • Personality profile that matches to the role.
    • Better-than-average Mathematics and English proficiency scores.
    • Excellent customer service skills. Attention to detail and ability to learn new software systems quickly.
    • Knowledge of residential building practices would be an asset.
    • Willingness to attend occasional trade events outside of office hours.
